Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day off right by providing an excellent breakfast experience. Your attention to detail and passion for hospitality will help create memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring that all food and beverage items are properly displayed and stocked.
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and assist them with their breakfast needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including clearing and sanitizing tables, replenishing food and beverage items, and cleaning equipment.
- Prepare and serve coffee, juices, and other beverages to guests.
- Ensure that food is fresh, safe, and meets quality standards. Dispose of expired or spoiled items.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and inquiries.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
