Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
· Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality.
· Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to build a cohesive team.
· Manage housekeeping schedules to meet operational needs effectively.
· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, placing orders as needed.
· Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
· Previous housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team.
· Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
