What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeper (Part-time) position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites?
Our Housekeeping team makes our hotel feel like home to those who are traveling. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
**Must have reliable transportation. Uber and public transpiration is not reliable on weekends. Schedule is as followed: Monday - Friday 9am- 4pm. Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. Days may vary
As Housekeeper, you will:
- Do the domestic cleaning required, including changing the bed linen, cleaning and replenishing the room
- Check the general condition of the room and notify the Executive Housekeeper of any malfunction or damage
- Remove all dirty linen form guest rooms
- Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms to IHG standards
- Change all linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling in accordance to IHG standards.
- Restock all guest room supplies.
- Vacuum common areas of hotel.
- Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day.
- Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
- Perform any extra duties as requested by management or supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
Experience: housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Typical start time: 9AM Typical. Weekends required. Holidays maybe required. Day shift. Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
