Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, sanitary, and inviting
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Replenish amenities, supplies, and linens in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies
- Attend to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, following established protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
