Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are immaculate and welcoming for our guests.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guests' belongings with care and respect privacy.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to deliver efficient and timely services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guests' requests or concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a hospitality related role.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
