What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Helper Full Time position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites?
We are looking for a full-time maintenance helper that can repair and replace malfunctioned units and furniture and responds to guest's requests and inquiries. We are looking for flexibility and ability to multi-task while coordinating with other personnel for concerns and guests' assistance.
A few more responsibilities include:
- Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises.
- Performing inventory on repair supplies.
- Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized.
- Making and installing new furniture or equipment.
- Detecting, identifying and repairing building issues, like basic problems with the building's electrical, plumbing and HVAC/PTAC systems.
- Remove Trash and Clean Hotel Interior & Exterior areas.
Education: A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience: 2 or more years of experience within the hotel industry or maintenance work
