WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are looking for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Weatherford, Texas! This hybrid role combines the essential responsibilities of a front desk agent with the critical duties of overseeing the hotel’s night operations. You’ll be ensuring guest satisfaction during late-night hours while maintaining the hotel’s financial and operational balance.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions and balancing reports.
• Flexibility to work the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—training is provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and office software; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a bonus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and emergencies efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
• Availability to work the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift consistently.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Welcome and assist guests with late check-ins, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and expenses, preparing and distributing daily reports.
• Reconcile guest accounts and process financial transactions with accuracy.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies during overnight hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day by coordinating with the morning team and addressing any outstanding tasks.
