Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing personalized assistance to all guests.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Start preparing for breakfast.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone systems professionally and courteously.
