Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Verify and balance guest accounts, including charges and payments
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel activity and financial data
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Monitor the hotel premises during the night to ensure security and safety of guests
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in night audit procedures and related software systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
