Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales methodologies, including direct sales, retail sales, and technical sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage territories effectively, and foster collaboration within the team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage territory assignments and ensure optimal coverage for maximum impact.
- Engage in cold calling and inside sales efforts to build customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize sales potential along with creating compelling promotinal materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
