What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites?
We are looking for a part time night auditor to fulfil the following Job Responsibilities:
- Display great customer relation skills and take initiative in providing excellent guest services
- Accommodate hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or card
- Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits
- Post charges, such as those for rooms, food, or telephone calls
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
- Record guest comments or complaints in detail and referring customers to managers as necessary
- Prepare the Front Office for the upcoming shift and reset day’s business
- Monitor Hotel inside and out, ensuring safety for all of our Guests
- Prepare breakfast
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure appearance is clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
