What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Holiday Inn Express - Walla Walla?
The Holiday Inn Express in Walla Walla is seeking an awesome Maintenance Technician to add to our dynamic team. We currently have 40 hours a week, Friday thru Tuesday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We are open 24 hours a day so availability at all hours is a plus.

Ideal Maintenance Technician candidates will have:
- A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel
- Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
- Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred.
- Good attendance
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs
- Learn emergency procedures.
- Giving the best customer service!
