Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on occupancy levels and specific needs.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Implement best practices in floor care techniques, ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
