We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and handling any customer complaints or requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. IHG Previous Experience is REQUIRED!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, its services, and the local area.
- Provide assistance with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Process payments and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide concierge services to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
