We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in Guest Rooms and Public Spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Assist with laundry services as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on hotel needs.
