Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a maintenance environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between facilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
