- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with any issues or complaints, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of guest relations principles and practices within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using phone systems to manage calls and communicate effectively with guests.
