Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed to ensure all areas are well-equipped.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling techniques.
