Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and inviting for guests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Ensure all food is handled and stored safely according to food safety guidelines
- Clean tables, chairs, counters, and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about breakfast options and answer any questions they may have
- Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and accommodating
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
