We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports for management.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
