- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
