What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Holiday Inn Express?
Front Desk Agent duties include greeting guests at the front desk and processing check-in/out transactions. Ability to work overnight shifts when needed, good customer-service and communication skills, attention to detail and flexible work schedule required. Previous front desk experience and or night auditor experience a plus.
