We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during morning/ evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest services as needed
Requirements
- Experience in front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in a resort setting is preferred
