We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain the appearance of all flooring surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the housekeeping management team.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
