What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Holiday Inn Express?
Guest Service Agent: 2nd shift
Job Requirements: Must be flexible with hours as scheduling and coverage will be done depending on occupancy.
- Checks guest in/out of the property management system with accuracy and efficiency
- Answers the phone in a timely manner and makes reservations with accuracy and efficiency
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with guests and team members
- General knowledge of hotel amenities such as rooms, rates, and amenities
- Ability to perform duties such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Human Trafficking training required and provided by the hotel
- CPR Certification required and provided by the hotel
