Hotel Housekeeper

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains guests’ rooms, corridors, and linen rooms
• Replenishes guests’ in-room supplies
• Reports damage or malfunction in rooms to Rooms Supervisor
• Maintains equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
• Maintains a daily room checklist
• Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
• Reports and submits lost and found articles immediately
• Reports guest complaints to superior immediately
• Reports unusual behavior or activities on floors to supervisor
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required
• Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relation to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety

No degree required, some physical experience required which entails bending over, carrying linens, towels, and boxes up to 20 lbs. You will be on your feet for 90% of your shift.
