Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including electrical work, welding, and residential painting, while also demonstrating leadership and supervisory skills when necessary.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems within the facility, including electrical and plumbing systems.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Oversee and participate in facilities maintenance projects to ensure they are completed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Requirements
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
