Duties
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of charges and payments, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed.
-Available weekends and available to work other shifts if needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as this position may require interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures.
- Bilingual proficiency is beneficial for effective communication with guests.
