What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Operations Manager position at Holiday Inn Express?
The Holiday Inn Express in Fremont is seeking an energetic professional to lead the guest services department and support the overall operation of this hotel. You will maximize room night bookings and work with all hotel departments to deliver an exceptional experience to guests of this market leading hotel.
With the General Manager you will develop and implement strategies for maximizing hotel room revenues, driving high guest satisfaction and exceeding all brand requirements.
Requirements:
-Maximize revenue per available room utilizing system tools and market knowledge
-Lead the service training for the hotel utilizing brand resources and role-play to develop a staff committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Oversee operations including housekeeping, maintenance and F&B as required or in the absence of the General Manager.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a supervisory job in a limited service hotel. Candidates with previous hotel service and supervisory experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
