Job description
- Make minor repairs i.e., toilet clogs, tv remote programming, PM duties, door lock repairs etc.
- Clean stairwells, pool deck area, remove used pool towels and restock with clean fresh towels, general cleaning throughout the hotel.
- Keep parking lot clean and tidy.
- Must have excellent verbal skills, comprehension, listening and problem solving skills.
- Take required readings on equipment.
- Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
- Paint designated areas.
- Make minor repairs to hotel air conditioning system: i.e., change filters and clean coils.
- Assist Chief Engineer as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Starke, FL 32091: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
