What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit Front Desk Position for Holiday Inn Express (Part Time) position at Holiday Inn Express?
Looking for someone flexible and willing to learn and work other shifts when needed. Seeking an upbeat, outgoing personality to join our team! Hotel experience & Opera experience are both preferred but not required. The night audit shift is 11 PM to 7 AM. We are looking for someone to work full-time or part-time. Full-time would be two shifts of night audit and two other shifts.
Duties include but not limited to greeting, registering and checking out guests, answering phones, taking care of guests' needs, making sure the lobby and laundry area are clean and in working order, setting up wake-up calls, keeping the coffee area clean, handling guest relations in a professional manner, practice company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers, and following night audit reports and procedures.
