Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls and directing them as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and overall hotel operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
