Job Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing the day’s accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and delivering top-notch customer service during the overnight shift. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently in a calm, overnight environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly accounting and reporting duties to balance daily transactions.
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service.
- Ensure the security and safety of the property during the overnight hours.
- Prepare and deliver daily reports for management.
- Address any guest concerns or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software is preferred but training will be provided.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
