Are you an early riser with a passion for providing exceptional service? Holiday Inn Express is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Breakfast Attendants. As the first point of contact for our guests in the morning, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their day starts off on the right foot.
Position: Part-Time Breakfast Attendant, 2-3 shifts per week, weekend availability required
Start Time: 6am or 7am on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for our valued hotel guests.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed to maintain an inviting presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
- Warmly greet guests with a smile and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience.
- Accommodate guests' special requests and dietary restrictions with care and efficiency.
- Monitor food inventory levels and promptly place orders to replenish supplies as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations when handling food and cleaning equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends with reliability and punctuality.
