Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, contributing to the overall guest experience in our hotel.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items are in proper working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management principles is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
