We are looking for a full and part time Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Experience member. Passionate and creative about excellent hospitality and carry an enthusiastic attitude. Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Balancing the accounts from day shift
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
- Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00
