Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
