What We Are Looking For:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning and development.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments and external partners to coordinate activities and maximize efficiency.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense control, and revenue management to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
