Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced server to join our team at Burger Theory. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Process payments using the cash register and accurately handle cash transactions
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Experience:
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
