Responsibilities:
- Inspect Rooms
- Create Boards
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Perform Room Attendant duties when needed.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
- Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
- Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
- Assist with the training and development of Room Attendants.
- Conducts personal behavior in a mature, professional, business manner when representing Rodeway Inn and Suites.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for an eight hour shift
- Amazing interpersonal abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Be able to motivate and lead a team of Room Attendants
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Room Attendant/Housekeeper experience
- Previous Hospitality experience
