What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Holiday Inn Research Park?

- This is a Swing shift position. MORNINGS, AFTERNOONS & EVENINGS. Weekends are required
- Diagnose malfunctions and make general repairs to all refrigeration unit as applicable to HVAC units, ice machines and bar coolers.
- Repairing and/or replacing all types of plumbing systems found within the hotel.
- Performing all painting task in a timely, efficient manner.
- Utilize and takes care of basic hand and power tools in doing general repairs.
- Maintains cleanliness of swimming pool, swimming pool filters, pumps, back washing procedures, water testing and treatment, record and repairing of same.
- Performs repairs of building's light system, fixtures and control devices.
- Installs, adjust and makes general repairs to the hotels furniture and fixtures.
- Maintains cleanliness when working in any room in the building.
- Checks the hotel grounds to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Remove, replace, clean and adjust guest room HVAC units.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
