What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Facilities position at Holiday Inn Resort Lake George?
TThe Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George, NY is seeking someone to join our management team. The Holiday Inn is the premier resort in Lake George Village.
As the director of facilities, you would be responsible for maintaining the entire hotel property: including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment with particular attention towards safety, guest satisfaction, security, and asset protection. You must have extensive experience diagnosing problems and performing repairs in these areas. Experience with pool maintenance and testing of pool chemistry is also required.
The director of facilities will manage their staff and designate duties to them and ensure they are following proper procedures and safety standards.
This is a management position, but there will be a considerable amount of hands on work and physical labor.
Salary is based on experience.
