Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing inquiries.
- Accurately input orders and process payments using our POS systems.
- Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly and keeping the work environment clean.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Skills & Experience:
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Skills: POS system proficiency, strong customer service skills, food service experience
