**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender/Server will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system - Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations **Experience:** - Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering environment preferred - Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations - Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of beverages - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively - Experience working in the restaurant or food industry is a plus - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
