What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel laundry Attendant position at Holiday Inn Swan Court?
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry
- Operate commercial laundry equipment
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of linens
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages
- Follow proper procedures for stain removal
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods of time
