Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in floor care and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning practices, and custodial responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
