Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the appearance of facilities.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations across all facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs across various systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise projects effectively.
