Busser/Food Runner/Host

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all orders are complete and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth service.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables as necessary.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling practices.
• Support catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality service is delivered consistently.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
