Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.

Skills

• Proficient in food handling and safety practices.
• Experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of banquet service standards is a plus.
• Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Background in food service or catering is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
