Job brief
We are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor for a full service hotel to assist in overseeing operations including maintaining the profitability and quality goals at our hotel. You will ensure efficient operations and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities
- Directly report to GENERALMANAGER with day-to-day operations of our hotel including but not limited to the restaurant, bar, and banquets
- Execute service in a food & beverage operation
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide training for exceptional customer satisfaction
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a food and beverage supervisor and/or manager
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- HANDS ON
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Food handlers and liquor licenses. Check appropriate licenses.
Education
- 2 years in the Food and Beverage as Supervisor and or hospitality studies.
