Our Front Desk Agents focus on delivering the best service experience possible to our guests.
Part Time: Days 7A-3P and Afternoons 3P-11P
Job Duties:
- Manage guest reservations- online, telephone, and in-person
- Greet guests during check-in, provide keys, and explain the hotel's amenities
- Perform payment transactions
- Work with other departments to ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards
- Answer guest's questions and requests
Requirements:
- GED or Diploma
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work well in a team environment
